Club Trip to Stunning Rutland – One-Day Special!
Escape to Rutland for a brilliant day out on the bike! This area is one of the East Midlands’ hidden gems, with miles of quiet lanes, rolling hills, and breathtaking views across Rutland Water. You’ll pass landmarks like the impressive Harringworth Viaduct, enjoy sweeping countryside vistas, and ride by the historic Launde Abbey – plus plenty of picture-perfect villages along the way.
Date: Sunday 13th July
Departure: 10.00 AM sharp from Normanton Car Park (on the south shore, so super easy to get to!)
Lift Share/Convoy: For those wanting to share lifts or drive in convoy, meet at the Leisure Centre at 8.00 AM to allow time for a brew, breakfast, and any last-minute bike faffs!
Note: The Normanton Car Park doesn’t open until 9.00 AM, so please plan your arrival accordingly.
