Seaside ride
Annual ride to and/or from the seaside. Specific details to be confirmed, but a great day out on the bike and a 'ride to the coast' to tick of the bucket list! Ride length likely to be between 60-150 miles depending on the coastal destination and if you wish to cycle both or just one way.

About the event
This year's annual costal ride with once again be to Aldeburgh. The route is slightly different from last year, in that we have revised the section that requires a short duration on the A12, and replaced it with a new section that crosses the A12 using a bridge, and then into Snake Maltings.

The departure times are as follows:
Social Ride - 07:30 departure from NLC
Club/Inter Rides - 07:45 departure from NLC
Sporting Ride - 08:00 departure from NLC
The first stop will be at The Lakehouse Cafe (arriving at approx 09:30)
We will then stop for lunch in Aldeburgh
Then, the return will be via the Stowmarket Costa. Costa closes at 17:00, so please make sure you depart Aldeburgh with pleanty of time to get there before it closes.
For members who don't wish to ride the entire 130.9 miles, you can either stop at Aldeburgh (and arrange a lift home), or head south from Stowmarket, to Needham Market station, to catch a train home.
